TechnoEric is a Salesforce tutorial site written for admins, developers, and job seekers trying to build real, working knowledge of the platform — not just pass an interview.
I'm Vikas Singh, a Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant and Technical Lead. My day-to-day work spans Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and — more recently — Agentforce and Agent Script. Health Cloud implementations leave very little room for "close enough," and that same standard shapes what I publish here.
